Welcome to Aura Cosmix. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Aura Cosmix's Website and Services, operated by Dr. Anusshi Chitranshii.
1. The Service By applying and paying the diagnostic fee, you are booking a private, 1:1, 30-minute Diagnostic Session with Dr. Anusshi Chitranshii. This session is designed solely to evaluate your current energetic blockages and assess if you are a suitable fit for our premium 6-Phase Frequency Reset program. The program starts at INR 51,000 for a 2BHK Residential Property Consultation in Delhi/NCR. Actual cost will be shared in 1:1 call after understanding the tailor made requirements.
2. No Guarantee of Outcomes Vastu Shastra, Numerology, and Lal Kitab systems are esoteric sciences. While we provide high-level diagnostic guidance based on traditional principles, results depend entirely on individual implementation, personal karmic charts, and environmental factors. Aura Cosmix makes no guarantees regarding specific financial, physical, or personal outcomes.

At Aura Cosmix, we value your time and commitment. Because we reserve dedicated calendar slots for private sessions, our refund policy for the 1:1 Diagnostic Application Fee is strictly structured as follows:
1. Program Acceptance & Fee Adjustment If, during or after your 30-minute diagnostic session, we mutually agree to proceed with the full 6-Phase Frequency Reset program, 100% of your paid diagnostic application fee will be credited (adjusted) directly into your final program investment.
2. Non-Selection or Non-Proceeding Refund (The ₹100 Processing Fee) If we determine that you are not a fit for the full program, or if you choose not to proceed with the full program after the call, we will issue a refund of your diagnostic fee.
A nominal ₹100 administrative/processing charge will be deducted from your refund amount to cover third-party gateway transaction fees and administration costs.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
3. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your call up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time slot.
No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled call without a 24-hour advance written notice, your application fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
